The ceremony was held under the theme of “Challenging for the better service.” In the beginning of the ceremony, the concept movie of “HANASAKA” was played and Mr. Hirami, president of YGCS, gave the opening speech sharing the aim of the Service Awards. Service Awards message is to share and nurture challenges in the service around the world, based on the values of “HANASAKA” that encouraging and nurturing all people. This year, 66 service staff including dealer personnel were awarded by Mr. Hirami in the ceremony and with the Service Awards trophies. Then, awardees from YCEE, YSP and YES gave a presentation about their projects to share initiatives of challenges for the better service as representatives of the awardees. The ceremony concluded with a speech by Mr. Yamamoto, representative of YHD, expressing appreciation toward the service staff who are working in the field and emphasizing importance and expectations of service.
