Service Awards 2024

This year's award ceremony opened with a flowery opening movie that incorporated the values of “HANASAKA” and the main theme of “Challenging towards better service,” as well as the subthemes of “Inheriting the service spirits” and “Nurturing the possibilities of the next generation,” and a speech by Mr. Hirami, YGCS President, that included the purpose of holding the Service Awards. In his greeting, he stated, “based on the values of HANASAKA, which encourages all people to take on challenges and to nurture people and businesses, I would like to share the activities and challenges of our staff around the world involved in the after-sales service area, and I would also like everyone to take on the challenge of making the next flower bloom”. During the ceremony, Mr. Yamamoto, YHD Representative Director (COO), and Ms. Nagata, YHD Director (CSO), also expressed their gratitude to the award winners and those involved in services, as well as their greetings regarding the importance and expectations of their services. This year, 66 service staff members selected from domestic and overseas offices/branches and dealers received the awards and were presented with trophies by YGCS President, Mr. Hirami. Also, awardees from Yanmar Agri Japan Co., LTD. and Korean distributor, YK CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., shared their service case studies, and the YHD Digital Marketing Group and the Antarctic Research Expedition presented Yanmar's initiatives. It was an opportunity to share our services in various countries and fields.
