Exhaust Heat Recovery Stirling Engine

Main parts of the Stirling engine

Exhaust heat recovery engine is a beta type stirling engine which has both displacer and power piston in the same cylinder. It has multi tube heat exchanger on the top of cylinder, round type regenerator and cooler around cylinder cabinet.
Rotary type generator he generator is used for this generator
A multi tube heat exchanger is placed on the top of the cylinder and an annular regenerator and cooler are arranged around the cylinder.A rotary generator is coupled to the engine.

Scotch and Yoke mechanism

For mechanism of displacer and power piston, Scotch and Yoke functions area adopted.
A Scotch and Yoke mechanism is adopted to convert the reciprocating motion of pistons to rotating motion of the generator.
