Our Quality Policy

1. At Yanmar Engineering (YE), we offer unique engineering services and make every effort to enhance L.C.V. (Life Cycle Value).
2. YE places importance on harmony with our customers, society and the environment. We value originality in our employees and are determined to fulfill our Corporate Social Responsibility.
3. YE puts emphasis on going to the actual place or seeing the actual thing to make well-informed decisions. This enables us to facilitate quality improvement at an even faster rate, so we can truly achieve customer satisfaction. At YE, we are constantly working towards improvement of the Yanmar Engineering Quality Management System (YEQMS).
4. YE establishes policies toward improvement on a yearly basis. In addition to the YEQMS, we implement the PDCA cycle to achieve our goals.
