(HQ: Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Masato Fujino), a company that applies machine learning technologies to industrial solutions.

Fairy Devices has developed Connected Worker Solution, an end-to-end industrial solution that provides a user-friendly remote assistance tool for field workers while encouraging onsite tacit intelligence to be recorded and analyzed as data and learned by machine. Supported by a variety of technologies from the company’s unique edge device equipped with VUI※1 & VPA※2, noise cancellation, speech-to-text technologies to cloud infrastructure and machine learning technologies, the solution connects field workers to remotely located advisors, while collecting field data in high quality to obtain business intelligence by machine learning. The company’s ambition is to empower AI to empower humans by its state-of-the-art technologies, like a warm-hearted fairy’s incredible magic in fairytales, as its name implies.

Yanmar Group, collaborating with Fairy Devices, has initiated development of remote technical support services for our energy systems business using Fairy Devices’ wearable solutions.
