Osaka, Japan, March 21, 2025 - Yanmar Ventures Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; CO-Founder/CEO, Managing Partner: Nobuyuki Oda; hereinafter referred to as Yanmar Ventures) is pleased to announce that it has established a “DE&I Policy” with the aim of strengthening its diversity initiatives. Yanmar Ventures believes that by embracing and leveraging the diverse backgrounds of its employees, it can contribute to society leading to a sustainable future.

We recognize the importance of “Diversity”, “Equity”, and “Inclusion” is growing increasingly significant.

In 2020, Yanmar Group has established “Diversity for YANMAR” policy, which Yanmar Group are striving towards implementation of Diversity & Inclusion, with a focus on the active participation of diverse and skilled professionals, irrespective of nationality, gender, and age in its global strategy. Implementation the measures against harassment in the workplace:

Harassment in the workplace is socially unacceptable behavior that unfairly offends an individual’s dignity, prevents employees from exercising their abilities effectively, interferes with workplace order and business performance, and damages the company’s reputation in society. Yanmar Ventures absolutely will not tolerate any harassment towards employees within our company or towards executives and staff of start-ups we invested and any potential start-ups we may invest.
Yanmar Ventures implements the following measures to eradicate harassment:

  • Developing policies that do not tolerate harassment or any form of discrimination
  • Commitment by managements to eliminate any harassment
  • Providing a safe mechanism for reporting harassment
  • Education and training aimed at eradicating harassment and discrimination
