Osaka, JAPAN (July 23, 2018) - Yanmar has renewed its contract with the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) as a Top Star Partner of the Vietnamese National Football Team.

The company was first named a Top Star Partner in 2015 and has supported the National Team ever since. Since 2016, Yanmar has dispatched turf advisors from Japan to share their knowledge and experience with natural grass, helping improve the condition of the turf at Yanmar Field (the official VFF training ground). In January of 2018, the company also donated an EF393 Tractor to the VFF, providing further support for the field's maintenance. Yanmar will continue to provide and implement solutions that lead to improvements in the training environment, and nurture the development of the Vietnamese National Team.

In addition to being a Top Star Partner of the Vietnamese National Team, Yanmar also actively conducts communication activities that use football to spread knowledge of the company's business and philosophy. In Japan, the company supports Cerezo Osaka as a Top Star Partner, while in the US, Yanmar are official sponsors of America's "New York Red Bulls" and the company is also sponsoring the ASEAN Football Championship (aka "AFF SUZUKI CUP 2018").

Yanmar will continue to utilize football's immense potential to connect people across the globe and share in the development of a society which offers rich experiences to all.
