Yanmar's Custom Battery Pack also employs Lithium-ion technology and provides flexible choices in voltage, capacity, shape, and mounting options. Tailored to meet the specific demands of our customers, we design the best solution to fit your unique needs. Each battery pack is highly customized for its intended application and model, offering a compact design with high energy capacity.

04Hydrogen Engine
A world first, Yanmar will unveil its concept for an industrial hydrogen engine currently under development.
In the field of zero-emission powertrain industrial machinery, where electric solutions are becoming the standard, Yanmar believes that hydrogen combustion technology is a crucial component in achieving future carbon neutrality and aims to provide more diverse energy solutions.
On display at the booth will be a hydrogen engine based on the latest 4TN101 diesel engine (displacement 3.8 liters) and a hydrogen engine generator based on the YDG5500 (displacement 0.4 liters). Hydrogen engines can share the same engine footprint as diesel engines, making it possible to adapt to hydrogen fuel without major changes to existing engine designs.

05Clean Diesel Engine:4TN107
This diesel engine boasts a high output of 155 kW and was developed for long-term use in harsh environments such as construction sites and large-scale farms. A 2-stage turbocharger is employed to smoothly deliver high torque from low to high RPM ranges. Furthermore, the engine's durability has been successfully improved by incorporating a high rigidity design that has been engineered in the development of marine engines.

06Clean Gas Engine:4TN88G
Yanmar's clean gas engines support the future of industrial machinery as a sustainable energy solution, combining CO₂ emissions reduction and highly efficient combustion. The 4TN88G, its flagship model, was developed for industrial mobile machinery and offers low fuel consumption, high reliability, and a compact design.
One of the issues with conventional gas engines is that they require a large intake manifold, resulting in a large engine size. The 4TN88G, however, uses a multi-point injection system and a compact overall engine design. This has enabled more efficient combustion while maintaining compatibility with diesel engines. In addition, by taking advantage of the characteristics of gas fuel, the specifications allow for stable operation over a long period of time while reducing CO₂ emissions.

07Himoinsa EHR
EHR is an energy storage and distribution system, which can operate independently, guaranteeing zero noise and emissions, and also can be integrated into power generation systems using diesel or gas generators and to connect to the grid or photovoltaic modules. The main goal of the EHR is to guarantee a higher energy efficiency and optimizing emissions and noise.
