CSR - Information

Tuff Torq Corporation (hereafter TTC) sponsors Morristown Landing, a multi-purpose recreation facility in Morristown, Tennessee. The facility includes a fitness center and rental space for meetings and ceremonies. TTC believes that by becoming a sponsor of this facility, it can contribute to the stability and growth of the local community, as well as the improvement of employment and quality of life.

TTC held a Supplier Summit at the facility for two days, attended by over 100 business partners from around the world. TTC's growth strategy was presented.

In addition, we held an award event for the Yanmar Grand Prix, which is a competition for improvement activities undertaken by employees. Nine employees from the Quality, Service and Machining departments of TTC attended and were appreciated for their continuous efforts in improvement activities.

Through the sponsorship of Morristown Landing, TTC employees are able to use the facility at a discounted price, and approximately 7% of employees are registered as members to improve their health. To maintain employee health, TTC also offers health and fitness workshops and seminars, annual employee fitness screenings and corporate wellness month.
