We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst (m/f/d) to support our team.

Missions

The main task is the timely processing of support requests and incident reports

  • Handle support requests and incident reports by responding to customer inquiries in the system or over the phone in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support professional tools / applications / operating systems by installing and configuring hardware and software for customers
  • Analyzing and documenting requests in the ticket system and updating the IT portal regarding information to the customers
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and apply best practice troubleshooting and team experience to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in operational projects, both remotely and on-site, to support customers with IT related issues
  • Resolve customer IT issues after performing troubleshooting of systems and applications

Profile

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or an equivalent training.
  • Experience working with case/ticket management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking abilities
