Missions
Key responsibilities:
- Support in the execution of the product lifecycle.
- Assist, as needed, in development of product strategy and supporting inputs.
- Assist in successful execution of NPD projects.
- Support launch activities, such as, train-the-trainer for new products.
Essential role duties:
- Support PM through competitive analysis including gathering, analyzing and organizing data, market trends, identifies market opportunities. Contribute to the sustainability and profitability of the product throughout its life cycle.
- Contribute to the sustainability and profitability of the product throughout its life cycle.
- Participate as needed in developing, conducting, and utilizing the Voice of Customer (VoC) research to identify customer needs in a defined and quantitative manner. Incorporate into product roadmap and project scope.
- Help in organizing and executing customer events (e.g., end-user ride-n-drive) to get feedback / confirmation for NPD projects.
- Actively contribute to the development of launch material for new product introductions and updated marketing material for product enhancements by working in partnership with the Marketing function.
- Play an active role in the price review process via gathering, analyzing and recommending actions.
- Partner with the training department in development of training material, specifically train the trainer and initial material review.
- Participation in trade show and exhibition events.
Profile
Key qualifications:
- University equivalent degree or higher.
- Experience in construction equipment
- Strong communication skills; ability to work across functions and geographically
- Process orientated
- Fluent in english (other languages valued)
- Basic level of business and strategic acumen
