A Message from the President

Yanmar Global CS Co., Ltd. is responsible for the after-sales service for the whole Yanmar Group.
We take pride in servicing Yanmar customers through the timely supply of a vast range of service parts and products for the aftermarket, providing up-to-date information on service parts, and creating service documents and parts catalogs. Yanmar Global CS also provides digital solutions to support services activities in the field and provides off-line as well as on-line training for service staff around the world.

For more than 100 years, Yanmar Group has been conduction its business in Japan and from Japan. As the market environment is rapidly changing and Yanmar's footprint is globalizing, it is more than ever essential to adapt ourselves to these changes and strengthen our capabilities to provide after-sales service to Yanmar customers, wherever they are.

At the same time, Yanmar Group is transforming itself from a traditional “manufacturing company” to a “value creating” company, committed to solve the issues that our customers face.

As part of this process, we at Yanmar Global CS aim to create value by providing Yanmar customers with the highest quality in customer service in all its aspects to ensure that Yanmar customers all around the globe can use Yanmar products with a peace of mind throughout the life of the product.
