Kobe, Japan (March 16) – Three members of Yanmar America’s customer service team have been awarded for their outstanding results at the Yanmar Global Customer Service Awards at the Portopia Hotel in Kobe, Japan on March 10. Emily Kinney, Brad Krueger, and David Long were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the company and its customers.

Brad's customer-centric approach has been instrumental in building strong relationships between the customer, the dealer, and Yanmar America. By putting the customer's needs first, he is creating loyal customers for life.

David's values and dedication to excellence make him an asset to the team. He consistently fosters teamwork and works to achieve the best results possible.
