Yanmar Group Suspends All Business Operations in Russia

Osaka, Japan (March 7, 2023) - Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. today announced that it will fully withdraw from all business operations in Russia. The Yanmar Group will cease all operations at our local subsidiary, Yanmar RUS LLC, as soon as procedures are completed. The termination of operations is expected to take effect from early April of 2023.
Located in Moscow, Yanmar RUS LLC has conducted sales and service of industrial equipment and service parts since February 2014. Due to the suspension of product supplies to and payments out of Russia, Yanmar RUS LLC had already suspended its business in Russia from March 2022, with the exception of some operations such as customer service. Yanmar has been closely monitoring the situation but has determined that it is not possible to continue our business in Russia under the current circumstances.
