SHARE YOUR YANMAR | PHOTO CONTEST

Let's celebrate the upcoming National Farmers Day together! From 10/9 (7 AM EST) through 10/13 (11 PM EST), submit your favorite picture of your YANMAR tractor at work. We will publish your entries Monday (10/14) 3 PM EST. Voting starts right away! The more "likes" your photo gets, the closer you are to winning! The voting ends on Thursday, October 17th, 3 PM, and the winners will be named and contacted. Submit your photo using the form below!

No purchase necessary. Valid in the United States and Canada only. Void where prohibited.

The contest begins at 5 PM on October 8, 2019 and ends at 3 PM EST on October 17th. By submitting your image to YANMAR America, you consent for the image to be shared on YANMAR Tractor America's Facebook page for contest purposes only. You also agree to be credited according to the name provided on the form. The top three photos with the most “likes” will be named as winners. The top three entries will be contacted immediately.

The photo must not contain violence, profanity, sex, immoral or illegal acts, or direct or depict violence, aggression, or attacks on individuals or organizations. Any entries deemed offensive at the sole discretion of YANMAR will be immediately disqualified. The photo must be an original creation - no copyrighted images may be used.

The participant must certify and warrant that the submitted photo(s) does not violate the rights of a third party or any copyright, and that all participating parties (if images features people) have agreed to have the image(s) shared on YANMAR controlled social media.

YANMAR reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any time and for any reason if deems necessary.

The personal information provided to YANMAR by the participants shall only be used for the purposes of this contest. All participants are entitled to modify the details about the personal data (such as names, addresses, etc.) contained in the file by sending their request by email to agmarketing-ya@yanmar.com
