YANMAR America Corporation announced today that Norman Bier has joined the company as the new Parts Division Manager.

Norman comes to YANMAR with more than 25 years of diverse experience in sales and service management, call center operations, and leadership in the Telecom and Industrial Equipment business.

Focused on serving customers, Norman will be planning, directing, and overseeing the Sales and Planning operations that support YANMAR’s North American Parts Division in addition to sales growth priorities and goals through YANMAR’s network of OEM’s, distributors, dealers, and engine centers.

With a wide range of customer service management, sales management and strategic planning, Norman takes an all-inclusive approach to the well-being of a company and its brands allowing continued growth for not only the company, but also its vendors, employee partners, and its customers.
