The continued economic growth of the Philippines is reflected in the modernization of its agricultural industry. In line with this ever greater demand for technological innovation, YANMAR is partnering with Ropali Corporation in a joint venture. The newly established YANMAR Philippines Corporation will provide marketing, sales and service of YANMAR products, as well as agricultural solutions for this region.

Background and Aim:

The Philippines is currently the world’s eighth largest producer of rice with further increases in the scale of food production expected in the future. Continued economic growth and a greater demand for agricultural machinery make the Philippines an important market for YANMAR. 

YANMAR has completed thorough research relating to the Philippines’ agricultural industry and society, and has decided to partner with Ropali Corporation for the establishment of a joint venture, which was registered in February of this year. Ropali Corporation is involved in several industries in the Philippines, including finance and the sale of agricultural machinery. 

YANMAR is determined to provide quality service that meets the needs of the local people, and the company will also utilize its long heritage in technical innovation to provide agricultural solutions in the Philippines that go well beyond customer expectations.
