YANMAR America Corporation announced today that Liston Edge has joined the company as the Senior Customer Service Manager. Liston will be a valuable asset in improving the company’s Premium Brand reputation in the market, and he will be responsible for the strategic operation and development of YANMAR’s customer service department. 

Liston brings more than 15 years of strategic and operational management skills to YANMAR. Over the past eight years, he has worked in a number of roles within the United States Army, including Operations Officer at a Strategic and Tactical level, Operations and Plans Officer, Deputy Chief of Current Operations and most recently, Command Inspector General. Prior to working in the Army, Liston worked for eight years as a project, sales and branch manager at Binswanger Glass and INEX Systems. In addition to his professional work experience, he holds a MBA from Kennesaw State University and is a trained expert Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
