- All naturally aspirated, the full range of 2-cylinder and 3-cylinder models feature indirect injection, in-line pump combustion systems.
- The engines are equipped with a marine gear or sail drive unit.

The 3-model line-up provides a proven solution to meet output needs below 40 mhp, offering exceptionally quiet operation and low emissions, with EPA regulation Tier 3 marine compliance since 2009.
Easily accessible even when installed in small vessels, the YM series features a simplistic design that ensures uncomplicated maintenance.
The engines are also highly durable and built to last for both new builds and repowering.

Details
The YM series is available in 3 output models, the 2YM15, 3YM20 and 3YM30AE, spanning 14, 21 and 29.1 mhp.
The vertical, water-cooled 4-cycle diesel engines are controlled using the YANMAR B20 mechanical panel.
Certifications include RCD 2, EPA Tier 3, EPA Tier 3C, BSO II and EMC.
With flexible mounting, the standard engine package includes an L-type exhaust mixing elbow, B20 panel, expansion tank for fresh water cooling system, electric stop solenoid and belt safety cover.
Further optional accessories are available.
All YM series engines are compatible with Kanzaki Shaft Drive Gears, SD25 Sail Drive, B20 & C30 Mechanical Panels
YANMAR MARINE INTERNATIONAL is pleased to offer three additional years of Limited Warranty on the YM Series engine models. This additional warranty is offered to first-time owners of YM engine models on the condition that the engine is used for private and recreational purposes only.
