Yanmar appoints Floris Lettinga New Marine Sales Department Manager for Europe, Russia and Africa
In his new job, Floris Lettinga will hold overall responsibility for sales, operations, strategy and planning related to leisure and commercial high-speed engines. His territories will cover Europe, Russia and Africa. Peter Aarsen, Vice President of Yanmar Europe BV comments on this appointment: “We are very happy to have Floris as our new Manager for the Marine Sales Department. His broad experience in sales, planning and operations will give him the right tools to further expand Yanmar’s activities in the high-speed marine market. Biography
Floris Lettinga started his career with Yanmar in 2003 as a sales engineer for the leisure marine market in the Benelux. After having worked as Area Manager Marine for Europe, he became a Project Specialist for marine, leisure and commercial high-speed engines with Yanmar Co. Ltd, our headquarters in Osaka, Japan, in 2010. In 2012, he returned to Europe and took up the position of Assistant Manager Marine Sales, which prepared him for his current position.
