Determined to rebuild his future, he took the opportunity to follow a logistics retraining program at Centrum Praktijkleren Almere, part of PrO Almere. Within a year, he earned certifications in forklift operation, reach truck handling, and workplace safety. Soon after, Kheri started at Yanmar’s Repack Department. As he proved himself, his hours and responsibilities grew. Now, he works full-time in the Parts Warehouse and is a valued part of the team.
