Connect, share and grow at 2024 Industrial EMEA Distributor Meeting

On 29 and 30 October, Yanmar hosted the Industrial EMEA Distributor Meeting near Milan in Italy. This event brought together almost the entire Industrial EMEA Distributor network, with most companies sending two representatives.

Presentations were a key focus of the event. Teams from Sales, Engineering, Marketing, After Sales, and Spare Parts of the Industrial Powertrain (IPT) division shared their most important updates. Also, ELEO, Yanmar’s electrification partner, provided insights into current projects. Distributors learned about new market developments, the future of the powertrain industry, and Yanmar’s strategic goals. New distributors were introduced to the network with a warm welcome.

Networking

The event combined professional updates with opportunities for networking. Tuesday began with a relaxed lunch, allowing everybody to settle in, followed by an afternoon of presentations and an evening dinner with plenty of opportunity for informal networking.

Factory tour

On Wednesday morning, more presentations followed. The event concluded with a factory tour of the Yanmar Italy premises. Here, the group saw the production of air-cooled engines, offering valuable insight into Yanmar’s powertrain capabilities.

Expanding the Yanmar brand

This meeting created an environment for networking and sharing updates. Alongside, it was an excellent opportunity to align the entire Industrial EMEA network with Yanmar’s vision for the future. Events like these strengthen relationships and expand the visibility of the Yanmar brand across the EMEA region. Distributors are a vital link in this process.
