Now, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and key members of senior management. In this role, you’ll manage key tasks that allow them to focus on shaping the future of maritime solutions by providing a safe, reliable and enjoyable boating experience for our customers.

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the strategic partner behind our CEO and senior management team, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Beyond managing schedules, meetings, and travel, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—spotting opportunities, anticipating challenges, and maintaining open lines of communication across all our locations.

You’ll handle the constant flow of information, prioritize what matters, and act as the company’s ‘pulse’, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Special focus will be given to coordinating with our teams in Japan, streamlining communication, and effectively managing the cross-cultural dynamics.

  • Meetings & Follow-up: Organize and prepare meetings for senior management, ensuring agendas are set, and follow up on action items to track progress and prevent delays;
  • Travel and communication: Manage travel and expenses for senior management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth communication and logistics;
  • Project Coordination: Support the management team by aligning multiple projects across regions, providing updates, and maintaining momentum, including overseeing company events and general affairs;
  • Information Filtering: Sort through communications to highlight what’s important, providing valuable insights and helping the team focus on top priorities;
  • Team Pulse: Keep an eye on team dynamics and flag potential issues, whether logistical or interpersonal, ensuring smooth collaboration;
  • Digital Savvy: Leverage modern tools and platforms to streamline processes, from virtual meetings to AI, and help the leadership stay ahead in a digital-first world.

We need someone who thrives in complexity and can move quickly between tasks without missing a beat. You’ll need to be organized, proactive, and have a strong sense of initiative. You’ll not just take direction but seek opportunities to make a difference. You should be comfortable navigating the dynamics of a global, fast-paced organization and have the communication and intercultural skills to build strong connections across cultures.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • 5+ years supporting senior leadership in an international, dynamic environment;
  • A quick thinker with strong organizational skills who knows how to prioritize;
  • Comfortable with digital tools and emerging technologies;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; Japanese is a strong bonus;
  • Affinity with maritime life or sailing is a plus.

Applicants must currently reside in the Netherlands and be eligible to work there, including a valid work permit and/or passport.

You’ll be based at our Almere office, with the option to work partially from home under a flexible arrangement, aligned with business needs and your schedule.
