What are you going to do?
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, playing a crucial role in developing our communication strategies. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape Yanmar Marine’s digital narrative, ensuring a compelling and personalized customer experience across all digital platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage engaging digital content across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft and implement effective digital communication strategies.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and values;
- Digital Marketing Strategy: support the creation and execution of YANMAR Marine’s digital marketing strategy, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement;
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and develop B2C campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights and improve our services;
- Customer Journey Mapping: Map and manage the customer journey across all digital channels, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience;
- Analytics & Reporting: Produce monthly reports on digital performance, using data to identify and leverage market opportunities;
- Marketing Automation: Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows, including developing and executing email campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
We seek a creative and driven individual who is passionate about content creation and digital marketing. You’ll experience and learn about the marine leisure industry worldwide, including travelling to events and customer sites for content creation. You will learn and create by experiencing life on the water with our customers.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation;
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative mindset;
- Proficiency in SEO & SEA;
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools;
- Experience in managing or working on websites, including optimization, updates, and SEO;
- Social media experience, including ad placement, scheduling, and reporting;
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems and WordPress (a plus);
- The following mindset applies to you: multi-tasking, problem-solving, and strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Interest in video or photography (a plus);
- Strong language skills, fluent in both spoken and written English. Dutch is a plus;
Applicants must currently reside in the Netherlands and possess eligibility to work in the country, including having a valid work permit or passport.
Work location:
Your regular workplace is Almere, but hybrid working (40% home/60% office) is possible in this position.
