Founded in Osaka, Japan, in 1912, Yanmar made history by creating the first practical compact diesel engine. Building on this innovation, Yanmar has grown its range of products and services, establishing itself as a leader in industrial equipment.
Today, Yanmar delivers comprehensive solutions with expertise in small and large engines, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, energy systems, marine products, machine tools, and components.
Yanmar Europe – RHQ EMEA
Yanmar Europe B.V. is a subsidiary of Yanmar Co Ltd. We have over 200 employees from more than 35 different nationalities, making us a truly international company. Our office in Almere, the Netherlands, serves as the Regional headquarters (RHQ) for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and is responsible for all business activities.
Over the years, we have developed our technology, knowledge, and experience into a strong, global company with a clear vision for the next 100 years in eco-friendly power technology. With approximately 23,000 employees and a professional partner network in over 130 countries, we are committed to sustainable growth and innovation.
Sales & Distribution
Our head office is strategically located in the Netherlands, allowing us to manage sales and distribution operations efficiently. At this location, we have a state-of-the-art warehouse spanning 5,000 square meters. It is equipped with fully automated storage and retrieval systems, allowing us to dispatch Yanmar spare parts and fluids to any location quickly.
Support
Professional service, support, and training are essential to maximising the lifetime value of Yanmar products. The Support Department, based in Almere, works to maximise the uptime of Yanmar products, along with our extensive network of specialised Yanmar dealers across the EMEA region.
Training
Yanmar Europe Training Academy offers classroom training, hands-on courses, and web-based training throughout the year. A team of dedicated industry experts shares Yanmar’s global expertise in power technology, job skills, leadership, and management to enhance the knowledge of distributors, dealers, customers, and employees.
Assembly
Our skilled technicians in the assembly department work daily on assembling leisure marine engines and compact tractors and customising commercial marine engines. They ensure these products fully comply with our customers’ requirements and all applicable European legislation.
