You have probably heard the term ‘customer journey’; it’s all about the steps a customer takes before buying a product or service. At Yanmar Europe Academy, we have adopted the concept and given it a new twist as Learning Journeys: customized training paths that help you get the most out of your products.

Learning Journeys ensure you and your team get the right training at the right time.

Tailored training for every customer

Yanmar Academy offers training courses for all our customers – OEMs, distributors and dealers. Each of these groups has different needs. What you need depends on your industry, the products you are using, and where you are located.

For example, an IPT distributor in Africa needs training that focuses on local regulations. But an agricultural OEM in Germany will have to think about German and European legislation, and maybe even about the laws and rules in Egypt or other countries, if he is exporting there.

To make sure you get the training you need, we’ve created Learning Journeys that are tailor-made to fit your specific situation. This way, you are always learning what is most relevant to you.

Training sessions scheduled

You will find an overview of scheduled training sessions online in the Learning Management System (LMS). If you are a Yanmar OEM, Distributor or Dealer, you can also register here. The only requirement is that you first complete a number of mandatory training components online to give you the right background for successful follow-up training.
