Driven by this conviction, we established Yanmar Europe Academy – a specialised online learning platform with over 30 courses, covering basic engine techniques to specific training on Yanmar engines and systems. Learning at your convenience, wherever and whenever it suits you, at your own pace, and as often as you need. We believe this is the most accessible route to acquiring more knowledge, adding value to our products, and achieving a ‘happy customer’ status.

From starter to specialist

The training program has been specifically designed for the distributor and dealer network of Yanmar. It is modular and consists of 5 consecutive levels across 3 tracks: Basic, Agriculture, and Industrial. New modules are regularly added, and existing courses updated.

As a participant, you can easily customise your own learning plan. At each level, you gain new knowledge that you can apply immediately the next day. This way, you quickly progress from starter to specialist.

Always available for future reference

There is an additional advantage. Once you have completed a training course, it remains accessible for as long as you want. This feature proves handy when you wish to revisit lessons. For example, when you want to review how to read motor analysis with the diagnostics tool or refresh your understanding of the SCR system.

Over 400 participants trained so far

Raymond shares that since the launch of the Academy in December 2018, over 400 participants have already completed online training.
